Worship

We extend a warm invitation to all to worship with us on Sunday mornings and on other occasions as arranged from time to time. We have three worship centres — Auchterhouse Church, Murroes Church and Monikie Church — with worship in each church every Sunday morning except for occasional Sundays when we have a United Service, such as on the fifth Sunday of a five week month when we have a United Service in Tealing Hall at 10.00am.

Throughout the year we have a number of special services, including a 7.30am Easter Morning service near the communication mast at the top of Balcalk Hill near Tealing, and an open-air communion service hosted by one of our farmers, usually on the first Sunday of August.

We also celebrate key events in worship, including Christmas and Harvest Thanksgiving, both of which are supported by the wider community.

Our worship includes a mix of traditional and contemporary hymns and music, and each church has a shorter all-age Family Service once a month. We welcome the input of musicians and instrumentalists from beginners to accomplished players, and we currently have a small choir in Murroes Church.
